# Pro access — resolve a list of Washington credentials

## Pro access

One credential at a time is free and always will be. This page is for the people who have four hundred of them.

### Who this is for

Hospital and clinic credentialing teams, staffing agencies, long-term care
operators, payers loading a provider network, and anyone whose job includes
the sentence « verify that this person is currently
credentialled » several hundred times a month. Washington requires
that check at the primary source; the Department itself issues Primary Source
Verification Letters, which is a fair sign that the need is real and already
paid for.

The Department’s own search takes one name at a time, in a browser.
That is fine for one. It is not fine for four hundred, and it is why this page
exists.

### What we do

- **Your list, resolved.** Send credential numbers or names;
get back the type, the legal form, the status, the expiry date and the
continuing-education due date, as a spreadsheet.
- **A watch on a roster.** We hold your list and tell you what
changed — what expired, what is about to, what is new.
- **Direct access** to the same static index this site
searches, if you would rather query it yourself.

### What it costs

Two different things are sold here, and it is worth keeping them apart. The
work above is priced on your volume — tell us the size of the list.
**The datasets themselves have a published price**, and here it
is:

- **Change feed — USD 300 / month**Or USD 3 000 a year. At every collection, what came in, went out or changed since the previous one. This is the part that does not age.
- **One slice — USD 90 / month**The feed restricted to a single credential type, for those who do not need the rest.
- **Full snapshot — USD 4 000, once**The state of the register on the day of delivery, every field included. Listed last on purpose : a snapshot ages.

The pages of this site are free and will stay free : **an official fact belongs to no one**. What is sold here is the compilation work — extracting the Washington health care credential register, reconciling it, dating it, and delivering it in a usable form.

**Not a consumer reporting agency.** This site
and the datasets sold from it are **not** consumer reports under
the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and must not be used to decide anyone's
eligibility for employment, credit, insurance, housing, or any other purpose
covered by the FCRA. If you need a background check, use a screening company
that operates as a consumer reporting agency.
